Return Policy

Refunds/Exchanges: We accept returns on all items that are defective within 30 days of purchase & products must be sealed. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with your order number and details of the product and the defect. A refund will be issued less the original ACTUAL postage (incurred to us by Canada Post), whether the order was over or under $99 AND the return postage incurred to us by Canada Post plus a 15% restocking fee.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Individual Returns: Should the order fall under $99, standard postal rate of $9.95 + tax will be deducted from refund.

For any product claims submitted through, we will not reship items as postage is not covered by the manufacturer. Alternatively, you can submit your product claim directly to the distributor/manufacturer.

**We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.


Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
