Shipping Policy

Shipping addresses and Billing addresses must match to ensure compliance with payment and delivery verification!

With our focus on increased internet security, we request that you add any alternate shipping address to your credit card by calling your card services number on the back of the card and ask to add a shipping address. With having your billing and shipping address the same, you can avoid any delays or order cancellation. Your card company allows you to have different addresses on file.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee

At NutritionOutlet.ca we do our best to give you the absolute lowest prices. In the rare occurrence that a lower price is found, we are committed to beating it. Simply mention in the comment box at the checkout screen the product, price and the retailer at the time of purchase or email us at sales@nutritionoutlet.ca. Once we verify the lower product price, we will beat the price.

We will not price match after the order has been shipped. Expired and short-dated items do not qualify. The product must be in-stock. The advertised product must be of the same brand, size, and flavour. Advertised prices must be from a Canadian website. 

Nutritionoutlet.ca does not price match walk-in retailers online but will honor any the may be present at our Ingersoll & London locations. A checkout coupon code/volume discounts cannot be applied to an order with a price matched product(s). All orders placed on our website are final.

General Information

Orders: We ship via Canada Post and other Postal Service companies alike for our customers within the U.S at our discretion, with a transit time of 1- 5 business days across Canada (These schedules are not guaranteed by NutritionOutlet.ca and are also subject to change during higher volume periods )

Order Address Errors: Parcel/Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you have provided on the ‘checkout page’. Please ensure all information you provide is correct. If an error’s made on your address and Canada Post has to correct your address to affect delivery, an additional charge of $15.00 will be to your account. If Canada Post can not remedy the address and the item is “returned to sender” Canada Post will charge for the return postage, and there will be an additional cost incurred to reship. These fees will be to your account. During that time you chose to cancel your order we will issue a refund for the item once received back MINUS the postage incurred to send it and the return postage. Please double check your address to ensure it is complete and accurate.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses accepted by the shipping carrier. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses that accept vitamins & nutritional supplements in their country of origin. Any shipments outside of shipping carriers territories are not available at this time.

*Rural areas: Please note that certain locations will require extra shipping charges. These areas, do not qualify for flat rate shipping or free shipping. If this is the case, we will contact you in advance before we ship your order.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages returned to us as undeliverable, When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will make contact with you to make arrangements for reshipment.

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your request within 15 business days of the date of your order. Working day means Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping Within Canada: When you add more than $99 worth of items in your cart before taxes, fees, plus any promotions or discounts codes. All smaller orders are charged a flat rate $9.95** plus applicable taxes.

Flat Rate US Shipping: All US orders are a flat rate fee of $19.95**.

Flat Rate International Shipping: All International orders are charged a flat rate $99.99** plus applicable taxes.

**Please note that certain locations will require extra shipping charges. These areas, do not qualify for flat rate shipping. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.

Damaged Items

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery,  include Please contact our customer service department immediately at Info@NutritionOutlet.ca. We will not refund orders unless we are contacted first so we can access the problem and determine a solution that all parties can agree on your order # in all correspondence.
